The body is a landscape of mountains and valleys, housing rivers of meridians flowing throughout. My Winding River Massage combines many techniques including acupressure, swedish, myofasial, and more, tailored to your specific needs to allow release and a return to restfulness and homeostasis.
Releasing muscles corresponds to a release in our energetic pathways. Our fascia is part of our energy highway, and is a hotbed of electrical information exchange on a cellular level.

Sound Immersion
Sound & frequency are the guiding forces of life. Soundwaves create a geometrical unseen blueprint that echoes through physical creation. This is why we can observe organized patterns in nature following the similar spirals and forms- they are following the geometries of these healing sounds/frequencies!
Sound Immersion sessions bring these sonic frequencies directly into the body, with tuning forks that are harmonious with the Schumann Frequency, which the Earth is constantly emitting, and 128 hz, which is said to create the geometry of the flower of life. These frequencies may help with pain relief, induce deep relaxation within the nervous system, and remind our cells how to optimally function.
The tuning forks feel like gentle, familiar, yet deep vibrations. Throughout the session we remain in dialogue about how you feel, and how far away from the touch point these vibrations travel. Then we can gauge how immediately effective they are, and how deeply they are working through the body’s meridian points, and tailor the session accordingly.
We close the session with harmonious singing bowls, chimes and flutes to calm the mind and help induce a theta-delta brainwave state which facilitates deeply restorative cellular activity, emotional processing, and lowering stress hormones like cortisol.
Reiki | Holy Fire Level II
Reiki is a type of energy work in which the hands are laid on or over the body of the recipient while the reiki practitioner channels Universal Life Force Energy through their hands. This energy has its own divine intelligence and while there are multiple points of contact made through out the session, the energy itself flows throughout the body and energy field according to its own intelligence.
Receivers may have a wide variety of experiences and no two session are the same. Some feel the energy in the form of heat, some feel it moving through the body, some receive visions, memories, or other messages, some enter a state of deep relaxation and meditation.
ear canDling
Ear candling is an ancient technique used to clear the ear and sinus canals. A candle is placed in the ear canal and lit aflame. The heat creates a pressure difference which gently pulls wax and impurities from the canal and into the candle. The heat and sound from the candle is very relaxing, while precautions are taken to make sure the session is safe from beginning to end.
After the session the candle may be opened so that these impurities can be seen.
While results vary from person to person, receivers report experiencing a sense of clearing blockages within the sinus canals, expansion within the ear and sinus canals, and sometimes even heightened senses of smell, taste, and/or hearing.
